Seedling Tray Manufacturing

We manufacture our seedling trays that we use from the germination stage until the seedlings are ready for transplantation. We fill it with high quality coco peat for sowing seeds. Each tray contains just one or two seedlings, making transplanting easier as they grow. This ensures excellent nutrition availability and retention by the seedlings.

Ripening Chambers

Irrigation System

Irrigation systems play a critical role in supplying adequate quantity of water and nutrients to plants and seedlings in the nursery. Any fluctuation in the water or nutrient dosage quantity affects the seedlings’ quality. Our irrigation management system features a specially-commissioned automatic fogger machine.

Operated and controlled automatically, it ensures a precise administration of water and nutrient dosages to the plants and seedlings without wasting either water or nutrients. This helps in the uniform growth and development of the seedlings.

Polyhouse horticulture is rapidly increasing across the world as it assures of year-round supply of fresh produce and consequently, assured revenue to the farmers. We can grow crops in an environment where variables like sunlight, temperature, humidity, water and fertilisers can be administered at pre-set intervals with automated systems.

Special dark rooms and nutrient beds are created for the seedlings to grow and nurture under controlled environment. The seedling trays which are manufactured in-house are filled with coco peat and passed through the automatic seeder machine to sow pre-specified quantity of seeds per tray.
